Loyalty Partner Point Block is deducted to be a negative value by the batch engine

Hi

Can anyone encounter that the loyalty partner point block balance is negative after a bulk of transactions are processed by the batch engine?

This could occur with the following the steps:

> set the server key, about 20, and 2 servers and 2 processes for each server

> set the batch engine queue object parameter: Transaction:200

> set a partner point block with value 10,000

> create about 1,000 members, with random member server keys

> create about 1,000 accrual transactions for the 1,000 members, each txn for each member. set the transaction points to 11, status to Queued

> batch engine will process the queued txns

> and then, you may find that all the transaction are processed, and the point block balance would be negative, maybe with the value -1000.

Howdy, Stranger!
