Searching Commodity Code Structure in Requisition Entry does not allow expansion of Level 1 and 2 Co

Commodity Code Structure for Requisition Self Service is three levels.

During Requisition Entry, a search of the structure is done using search criteria with wildcard character at front and back,

Search returns commodity codes at all levels.

When I click on the + sign next to a level 1 or 2 code, the code does not expand to show the lower levels.

The usability and effectiveness of the search function is very low, with the number of codes in the structure.

Has anyone been able to get this search function to allow expanding of the level 1 and 2 codes ?

Documentation is sparse on this, so not able to validate whether this is functioning correctly or there is an issue.
