Manufacturing accounting R31802A Scrap(IS) Entry

Hello

I am technical and R31802A is given me to for analyse why IS (scrap) entries are there on the PDF.

I am not having enough knowledge of Manufacturing Accounting, so want to know what is the logic that creates Scrap (IS) entries.

What are the tables involve into it?

What are Applications and their sequence, through which I can verify the transaction integrity.

Here I have attache the output for reference.

Please help me!!!
