Rules File ODBC error

Hello everyone,

One of the rules files we use executes some SQL code against an Oracle DB, hence we have an ODBC configured in the Essbase server OS to handle Essbase rules files connections to the said DB.

This Oracle DB was recently upgraded from 11g to 12c and the ODBC stopped working since. We updated the OS ODBC drivers and when the new ODBC is tested ti returns "Connection successful"; however, rules files using this recently reconfigured ODBC can't connect to the Oracle DB. What follows is the error we get in the Essbase logs:

ODBC Layer Error: [IM003] ==> [Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error  127: The specified procedure could not be found. (Oracle en OraClient12Home1, C:\oracle\client\product\12.1.0\client_1\BIN\SQORA32.DLL).]
