Business Unit specific Procurement Contract

Currently we can create Procurement Contract Set ID wise. Can we some how manage Business Unit specific Contracts? Actually requirement is to limit the use of some Procurement Contracts for specific BUs or Locations only.  Currently, any requester can associate Contracts created for an Item-Supplier combination.

Please advise if this can be controlled though some setup. Meanwhile i researching more on it.
