is there are some document on how to upgrade GI from 11.2.0.3.0 to 11.2.0.4.0?

Hello All,

I am in a situation to upgrade the Oracle Database and GI on a 2 Node RAC environment from 11.2.0.3.0 to 11.2.0.4.0. Until now I eliminate only CVU pre-upgrade check errors and finally it says that all checks are "passed". But how Is the great step which I have to do to upgrade the GI. My big concerns is that I have not find documents regarding exactly this version and I follow the docs for upgrade from 11.2.0.1.0 to 11.2.0.3.0(Upgrade Advisor: Database (DB) Exadata from 11.2.0.1/11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3 (Doc ID 1420265.1)), but here I found some differences. So if somebody have info on the mention version it will be big help for me. Our machine is not Exadata , but I guess that the process to upgrade the GI is the same. The OS is RedHat 6, wit Oracle Database 11.2.0.3.0 and GI with the same version. Any help is welcome.
