oui stops because of non-matching directories

OUI cannot unzip .jar files because the path where to look for is uncorrect. Here is the beginning of the log file. The right path (where OUI is located) is  ./stage/Components ...   How to get the right path to OUI  knowing that OUI uses sometimes relative path sometimes absolute path ?
