Actual Hours field in the F4801 Work Order file (Alias = HRSA)

Could anyone tell me which function populates the field HRSA of the F4801 Work Order file?

When opening the program P48201 (Work Order Entry - Work with Work Orders), if you scroll across in the detail area, there are two columns: One for Estimated Hours, and the next column for Actual Hours.

The field I am interested in is the "Actual Hours", field HRSA (F4801.WAHRSA).

I know this question is not a payroll question, but since hours come from the payroll, I was wondering whether someone could give me some hint. I have checked the F98711 to see in which JDE table we could find the field HRSA and, other than F48* Work Order related tables, I see this field only in a F1811.  My client does not use this F1811 table.  Also, no record of F4801 has any value in that field.
