AutoConfig removes domain name value

1. Instance = EBS 11.5.10.2 w/ 11.2.0.4 RAC DB

2. A clone was performed from another DEV server to create this instance as a part of decommissioning very old hardware.

Step 7 of Note 230672.1 (Cloning Oracle Applications Release 11i with Rapid Clone) was followed to perform the clone. (They did not change the database tier, so there was no need to clone it.)

3. When running AutoConfig, the domain name in the listener.ora file is stripped out and the Concurrent Manager doesn't work properly until the domain name is inserted back into the name.

4. The listener.ora file contains this entry (this is the modified entry where I added the fully qualified domain name):
