E1 PR Not getting opened after PO cancellation for Non Stock

Hi,

scenario is as below -

For stock Item -

- Enter the purchase requisition

- Got approved

- Print the PR

- Now generate the PO from PR. Once the PO is generated, the PR gets closed i.e. last status 130 - Next status 999 & PO status 220- 230

- When i cancel the PO, the PR line gets opened with line status i.e. last status 999 - Next status 110

For Non stock

- Following the same steps as above but PR is not getting opened when i cancel the PO

Kindly advise.
