OEM: Message=Disk Device ... is 99.124% busy


I am getting periodically those kind of messages from OEM:
Message=Disk Device sdd1 is 99.124% busy.


I know exactly what sdd1 contains of. It's Oracle datafiles. I am attaching screen from OEM showing activities at the time of that alert. I don't see anything unusual, as well as my colleagues fro the Storage team.
