Why tcps failed while tcp works?

edited Sep 29, 2016 8:58AM in Database Security Products (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

Hi,

I have added into listener.ora new address for tcps.  However, when trying to start the listener, the tcps part failed.  But the regular tcp was successful.
