Commitment Calculations in Job Cost

Hi, 

Please let me know as How ITD - Cost Budget, ITD  -Act Cost ,Commitment Amount  etc are calculated in Projects Costing.

I need to prepare report to display the values which can be seen in Project Status Inquiry. Need help is queries/Formula to derive the same.
