getting error in pcmOpSubscriptionPurchaseDeal

Hi

     I am getting error "ERR_BAD_VALUE" for PIN_FLD_PERMITTEDS while purchasing deal to an existing customer using pcmOpSubscriptionPurchaseDeal opcode.

I am using web service approach to add it. I am trying to purchase standard deal i.e. Deal 3a - Unlimited Internet Service, Recurring Discounts
