BI Publisher archiving override output file name issue

Hi Group,

               We are using BI Publisher archiving feature with override output file name.

It is working fine if there are few documents in the batch, But if there are more documents ( around 100 or more documents) in the batch, all document names are overriding correctly except one document.

Is there any bug in the BI Publisher Override output file name feature? if so any fix available?

I have attached the screen shoot of Archiving folder. highlighted in yellow is the file with issue.
