How to navigate through SQLT main report

Hi,

I went through 4 different videos from Carlos Sierra on using sqltxplain for poorly performing sql's. In one of the videos he talks about conference where he was going to explain how to navigate through main report of sqlt. That seems to be missing. Is it possible for me to get that video explaining who to navigate through sqlt main report or some material.

I have already read Oracle SQL tuning with Oracle SQLTXPLAIN but just need to understand how can I navigate
