Oracle Learning Management approval - Manager Autoapproval not working

Hi Guys

I have a requirement from Client , when a Manager Enrolls an Employee, it should not go to approval

it should approved automatically

I have followed the document  the instance is R 12.2.5

Manager Enrolls Learner, Not Auto-Approving As It Did In The Past (Doc ID 444992.1).


Created condition in AME for transaction type "Learning Management", and the custom package seems to be working with returning values to 'Y' when Manager raises the enrollment,

and in Learner enrollment window , still the review button shows with No approver in the field.


but the enrollment is not happening,


Let me know , what could be the issue or any condition or action types need to be changed ?
