deduction calculation case

Dears,

Kindly, I have a situation that I have an employee with the following salary elements

  1. Basic Salary = 3000 (Pay Type "1")
  2. Housing = 900 (Benefit - Fixed Amount)
  3. Transportation = 600 (Benefit - Fixed Amount)
  4. Food Allowance = 300 (Benefit - Fixed Amount)

What I need to do is to create a PDBA (pay type) and based on it there will be another PDBA (Deduction) and I need to make this deduction to be calculated based on the 2 benefits "Transportation" and "Food Allowance", so can I get anyone help on that ?
