Need a Profile or Personalization for lot/serial Control receipt and Issue

Dear all

I have the Item which is Lot Enable.

While Receiving the Item user is not Creating the Lot number. Instance user is selecting the Exisitng Lot number and Only changing the expiry  Date.

Or while Issuing he is not selecting the proper lot number Instant they are entering the new Lot Number and Isseing.

becasue of this many item are expiring.

do we have any profile to restrict this or personalization.
