Auto updated Actual Units by changing budgeted units
Dear Sir or Madam,
Please give me an advice about the attached case. I'm confused and can't understand what is happening.
Please see attached file about details and the background of this issue is as follows.

1. To store the actual units per week, Financial Period is defined as weekly basis.
2. Each activity have 2 kinds of resources.
- Labor
- Non-labor
3. P6 user is updating "Actual Nonlabor Units" with using "Actual This Period Nonlabor Units" and "Store Period Performance" feature.
4. P6 user updated "Budgeted Nonlabor Units" manually, then problem happened.
