Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Siebel 15.5 IP Local_XE DB to connect to tools

Hi

I have installed the SIebel 15.0 and then Patch 15.5 with local and sample XE database on my local system.

Now when i try to login using SADMIN / SADMIN in tools connection to LOCAL_XE Db, my all projects are showing locked by DMGFRZZ.

I think it is the server copy.

But how can i get my local database copy.

Please if anyone can tell me the steps. I am a newbie to siebl
