oracle RAC : Global Cache Lost Blocks

Dear Experts,

We are having a 2 node RAC environement with 11.2.0.4 database , O/S is RHEL 6.5 linux.

There is a continue messaged appeared are " Global Cache lost Blocks" , and also today the users are complained that when they run EOD activity that has taken only 30 minutes, now it

is taking more than 05 hours time. I ran awr & addm reports from 10 pm to 09 am, and sending the reports to you people for giving me your expert advice.
