Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

I wanted to know which WF's are triggered on for F9 functionality and the WF name which creates the Activity for the same.

I tried keeping the eMail Response - Response Workflow and eMail Response - Client Send Email WF in debug mode but no instances were created.
