PREFERENCES PEOPLE TAB SEARCH - PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS in 12.2.5

Performance issue while searching Person in OTL. It is taking more than 20 minutes and is happening every time we search a person. This was reported in 11i and was fixed in R12.0 Bug 5059546 - PREFERENCES PEOPLE TAB SEARCH - PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS Now the same issue  occurring in R12.2.4
