Automatic Creations Of Exclusions of promotions

All - After creating multi-buy complex promotion, some lines are added onto Exclude list. Please let me know on what rules the lines are excluded and how/ where we can find the conflict error for this excluded list.

Also, please let me know which batch will create this exclusion list.

RPM Version: 13.1.4.4
