Is there a resolution for "contents could not be read" false error message?
Hello,
iRecruitment candidates occasionally report this error:
"Your document has been successfully uploaded, but its contents could not be read. Managers are
able to view the document, but not search its content when looking for suitable candidates. You
may wish to upload your document in a different format to make it searchable."
This is documented as issue 8 in "iRecruitment Resume Issues (Doc ID 1379961.1)", but no resolution is discussed.
Is there a patch for this yet? We are on RUP 8.
