One Time DBA Override

What's the best way to purge F06OTO1DZ and F06OTO1HZ after you have uploaded the DBA records and they have been processes in the pay run?  Or should those records remain in those files indefinitely? I see they are marked as processed once they have been uploaded but wasn't sure if we could clear that file or not.
