i have several ACA issues..some mentioned previosly, some not...please help!

1) EE changed coverage to EE only in March.  Coverage in part III for EE covered until 3/2015 which is incorrect. Part II was correct, showed all 12 months of coverage. Dep 67967 was correct in PartIII.MAJOR ISSUE, requires manual intervention.

2) Dependent 67889 shows coverage from previous Dep, making coverage for Dep incorrect for current. Should have been 12 months, showing 3 months coverage,same as 67967. This appears to be caching issue. MAJOR ISSUE, can be random, and requires manual intervention

3) Dependent appeared with blank(no months with X) for coverage in Part III, should have been covered all 12 months. 2 records for each in the F08336, but each ended, and re-started since 2014 - MAJOR ISSUE requires manual intervention
