Help choosing a filesystem

Hey Community!

Now, i am trying to decide what filesystem is more helpfull to my job, let me tell you about it.

I have cameras ip, recording via NFS and i have two users consulting via CIFS, and i read that btrfs is better to transfering data, but is not to other common partitions, what do you thing about, which partitions i should to use, and what type of filesystem to eachone?
