Mass update of cost component add ons

In product cost standards include cost components X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, and X7. We need to perform a mass change to the values of these cost components across all items. For example, we would want to change the value of X1 on ALL item costs from $0.013 to $0.015. Is there a way to do this without using a SQL statement. In other words is there standard JDE functionality that would allow us to change the value for X1 only 1 time instead of within each item cost record.
