Hi Team,

This is my first post to MFS support team. I need to implement MFS for my clent who deals in Automobile business (specifically providing maintenance Services to the cars). I found the below link where i can learn and undersatnd the MFS. Although I read the implementation guide and done few setups like setting profile options, Providing the roles and resp to technicians and dispatchers (Oracle field service laptop/ and Palm)

R12.1.3+ TOI: Implement and Use Mobile Field Service - Multi Platform Applications.

Can you please fetch the presentation from the above link and share and also let me know what else I need to do to implement the MFS. I know I have to work with my DBA for patches and server configuration etc.
