Can some one explain me the functionality of following profile options with suitable example

Hi,

Can some one explain me the functionality of following profile options with suitable example

1. CSE: Create Assets when issued to Field for Expense Items

2. CSE: Debug Log Directory

3. CSE: Debug Option

4. CSE: FA Book Type Code

5. CSE: PA Expenditure Type

6. CSE: Transaction subtype for Asset creation

7. CSE: Use eIB Costing Hook

8. CSI: Use Parallel Mode

Also confirm, can we setup these profile options @ Responsibility level? or only site level required?
