Siebel v8.1.1.14 Upgrade - comparing DB differences across environments & validating data afterwards

Hi All,

1) Is there a tool or set scripts our DBA should be using to compare, list differences before \ after an upgrade ?

2) In addition, tools scripts to verify the data has not changed before \ after (row counts etc.) the upgrade ?
