Existing Payment Process Profile is not showing for new OU

Greetings to All,

I have created new Ledger and Operating Unit and trying to create payment from existing payment process profile unfortunately i am unable to see existing payment process profile in LOV while i am able to create with existing OU.

Example :

Ledger A          Ledger B (New Created)

OU A              OU B (New Created)

PPP A             PPP (I want to use PPP A)              

Need your suggestion to resolve this issue.
