Cannot View SR's

I have had tort techs in my system and they cannot figure out why I cannot view Service Requests.

I know there are at least two open SR's, but I cannot see them.

They had me try Chrome, and Firefox, but still cannot view.

PowerView is on and show my Support Identifier.

Any ideas?
