Case folder submitting without giving required Required Data Points in Credit Mangement

Hope all are doing good!!!

I have one question i.e. I have created one score named as Test_Score in this I have selected only Revenue Data Point and created one Check List name as Test_CheckList in that I am using first created Score i.e. Test_score and selected two data points as required one is Revenue and another is Commercial Credit Score under D & B Data points.

Now I have created a New Credit Application with Test_CheckList combination and which creating application I have given Revenue and no where I have provided any information related to Commercial Credit Score after that submitted an application. Case Folder was created against this application. In this Case Folder I Revenue Data value has come automatically.
