Siebel tools srf not updating

We are trying to open latest srf file in Siebel Tools. When we open it, it appears as the previous srf file. If we view the same srf in the client it appears correctly. If we compile it, it still appears as the previously viewed srf file.

Already substituted the tools srf and compiled it, it overwrites the clients .srf as well.

Path to Tools SRF = ...\tools\OBJECTS\ENU

Path to Clients SRF = ...\client\OBJECTS\ENU

We have checked it on several machines but the issue is persistent on all. This issue started occurring when we took clone of our test crm server.
