Report Execution Service including prompts

We are well underway using the Report Execution Service.

So far, we've managed to run a report that does not have any prompts.

How can we embed prompts into the report call?

For instance, we have a report that is used in various countries, with the country field as a prompt when running the report interactively.

How would we pass the country field to the report request?
