Service manager(FNDSM) crashed on secondary node non-RAC PCP R12.1.3

Hi All,

We are having  EBS R12.1.3 with database 11.2.0.3 with Shared appltop and PCP(non-RAC) configured . The application and Database hosted on VMware VM .

Issues is  :-

The Service manager crashed on Secondary node   and when we check the ICM log file 

25-NOV-2015 20:13:47

Unsuccessful in ping of node <Secondary node hostname>, error reported: Node Timed Out.

Internal Concurrent Manager found node  <Secondary node hostname> to be down. Adding it to the list of unavailable nodes.

Did anyone faced such issues?
