Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production

PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.4.0 - Production

CORE 11.2.0.4.0 Production

TNS for 64-bit Windows: Version 11.2.0.4.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.4.0 - Production

Searched Recommended patch:

Did not find anything (was one out there month ago). Anyone know what's going? was the patch have bug and been pulled?
