to identify disks throughput?

I have build 12c RAC (on RHEL7 OS) using EMC SAN storage, now I wanted to test the stability of the cluster by knowing the disks throughput (read/write - mb/s) and the cluster availability,

Can someone redirect to some document which gives step by step tasks to be followed to achieve both of above objectives?
