Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I want to call dff item in fast formula, as there is request available to create this but for the location filed not exits.

can we create through this FF_DATABASE_ITEMS_PKG.insert_row

pls advice.
