Signoff Duration Report is blank in Word, Excel, HTL or EXcel

Hello Agile users,

I am currently using Agile 9.3.1.1. (Build 43). The issue that I have is that I get a blank Signoff Duration Report. I want to run this report in a weekly basis to publish it internally, to identify pending approvers that take specific numbers of days to approve an Agile change. The document 1243034.1 found in My Oracle support did not solve my issue.

Hope anybody can help me.
