R08119 is not populating values in F08119 MV01-MV12 fields with value from Line 15 setup in P08117

I am doing VERY preliminary testing of 1095-C processing (in DV environment), and the F08119 MV01-MV12 (Monthly Premiums) are not populating when running R08119.

Setup:

Employees are enrolled in Benefit Plan - MEDICAL with multiple options (including option 99 - DECLINE)

Company is self-insured; plan is set accordingly.

1) I set up *ALL for the MEDICAL plan in P08117 Offer and Coverage, with minimum value amounts.  When I submit R08119 via the workbench, 1G records are generated for employees who were enrolled in the plan/options, with no values in MV01-MV12.

2) I removed the *ALL Plan records in P08117, and set up the self-insured cat codes on the DBAs instead, and set Processing Options on R08119 accordingly.
