Mobile Inventory - During Mobile Receiving having trouble with scanning the Pro (tracking) #.

Has anyone had trouble with scanning the Pro (tracking) number in Mobile Receiving and then when you try to scan that same saved Pro (tracking) number in Mobile Delivery it was unable to locate the receipt?
