Foreign Currency Payment from Foreign Currency Bank

Hi,

I have only 1 Primary Ledger and functional currency is INR. The requirement is to create a Bank with currency USD and make GBP / Euro payment from this Bank. What are the setups required for the same. Will only enabling "Multiple Currencies Allowed" serve the purpose?
