9.2 DEMO install errors

Hello,

I have downloaded all the 4 files for 9.2 DEMO and extracted it into a folder saying as extract here to get a folder structure.

I have removed 9.1 completely from the registry too. I am windows 8.1.

Please help me with the steps. First I am trying to install the client as a windows built in user. I am getting error OEE 12c cab not found. If I start with Install manager to start the DB , I get the selected package is invalid. Please help me progress with steps.
