Print Friendly Button Not Working for Notes.

Hi Team,

If we click on Print Friendly Button for any Service request notes it is showing blank html page , see the screen shot below.

If we click on Print Friendly Button for any Service request notes it has to display details See below screen shot.

Please let me know the reason why it is showing blank?
