Adding while adding sub node

Hi Team,

Not sure why I am getting the following error when I tried to add DEF_SUBINVENTORY for ant technician, earlier I was able to add the def_sub for technician.

Interestingly when I tried to add "USABLE" error dont come, only at the time of adding the defective subINV I am facing this issue. Already worked with DBA is regards to the complilation of form as mentioned under the doc id 'FRM-40735: ON-INSERT Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception ORA-04062' Error When Trying To Add A New Node In Planners Desktop (Doc ID 1505733.1)

Found this doc id similar to the issue I am getting.
