JDE Standalone9.2

Hi,

I installed 9.2 standalone on Win7 SP1.  It was successfully installed, but F0002 was not populated.  I deinstalled 9.2 client (not the database) and reinstalled..., had same issue.  Attached screenshots.

Please help.
